Scope
These terms apply to the public Invarra website, Phalanx product information, research materials, evidence pages, and contact flows. Phalanx vs the World is a separate public arena governed by its own displayed rules and privacy notice. Founding deployments, pilots, and licensed products require separate written agreements.
Public materials are not certification
Public materials describe protocol-specific behavior evidence, benchmark methodology, research framing, and product boundaries. They do not certify universal safety, guarantee compliance, or rank every model across every task.
Every Phalanx result must be read with its declared population, protocol, release identity, scope, limitations, and Invarra-run qualifier.
No professional advice
The website is informational. It is not legal, regulatory, security, medical, financial, compliance, procurement, or deployment-specific engineering advice.
Inquiry submissions
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share information sent to Invarra. Information sent before a written agreement is business inquiry material and is not confidential merely because it was submitted through the public form.
Intellectual property
The Invarra name, logos, text, diagrams, research framing, benchmark descriptions, and report formats are owned by Invarra or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Public samples do not grant access to private corpora, generation machinery, scoring systems, or client material.
Prohibited use
The Phalanx vs the World rules authorize bounded testing of the arena's displayed LLM attack surfaces only. That authorization does not extend to attacking infrastructure, bypassing platform controls, disrupting service, scraping abusively, probing non-public endpoints, uploading malware, targeting providers or other users, impersonating Invarra, or reconstructing private test material.
Do not use public Invarra materials to imply certification, approval, compliance, or endorsement that Invarra has not issued in writing.
Security reports
Report security issues to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce the issue without accessing, changing, deleting, or exfiltrating data and without degrading service for others.
Third-party services
The site may rely on and link to third-party hosting, DNS, security, email, repository, publication, and social services. Invarra is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
Availability and changes
The public website may change, move, become unavailable, or contain outdated status while publication work is in progress. Invarra may update pages, links, status, caveats, and these terms.
Disclaimers
The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invarra disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for purpose, and suitability for a deployment decision.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invarra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, business-interruption, profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or model-performance losses arising from use of the public website or materials.
