Controller and contact

Invarra operates this public website and is responsible for the personal information it processes through the site. For privacy questions, data requests, legal notices, or security reports, contact contact@invarra.ai.

What this website processes

This website does not create user accounts, sell personal information, configure analytics keys, load advertising trackers, or intentionally set non-essential cookies.

If you use the contact form or email Invarra, we process the information you choose to send, such as your name, work email, company, system context, timeline, and message. The form opens an email draft in your mail client; the website itself does not store the form entry.

Hosting, DNS, security, and email providers may process standard technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser metadata, device metadata, and security-event logs to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.

How information is used

Invarra uses inquiry information to respond to requests, evaluate whether an audit engagement is appropriate, schedule follow-up conversations, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse.

Technical logs are used for security, fraud prevention, debugging, availability, performance, and incident investigation. They are not used to build advertising profiles.

Legal bases

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, Invarra relies on legitimate interests for website security, service operation, abuse prevention, and responding to business inquiries; steps taken before entering a contract when you ask about services; consent where you voluntarily submit optional information; and legal obligations where records must be preserved.

Sharing and processors

Invarra may share information with service providers that host the site, route DNS traffic, provide security protections, deliver email, support business operations, or provide professional advice. These providers may process information only for the relevant service purpose.

Invarra may disclose information if required by law, legal process, regulatory request, security investigation, enforcement of terms, or protection of rights, users, clients, or the public.

Retention

Inquiry emails and business records are kept only as long as needed for the relationship, audit evaluation, legal obligations, dispute prevention, security, and ordinary business administration.

Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security settings of the relevant hosting, DNS, email, and security providers. Invarra will delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, unless preservation is required for legal, security, or dispute reasons.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current public site does not intentionally use non-essential cookies, advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or device fingerprinting. If Invarra later adds analytics, marketing, or other non-essential storage or access technologies, the site should add an appropriate consent mechanism before those tools are activated.

International processing

The providers used to deliver email, hosting, DNS, and security services may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, Invarra relies on appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for cross-border processing.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal information; object to processing; withdraw consent where consent is the basis; and complain to a data protection authority. To exercise a right, contact contact@invarra.ai.

Invarra may need to verify your request and may retain limited information where necessary for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons.

Sensitive information and client materials

Do not send secrets, credentials, regulated data, private client materials, raw corpora, sensitive model outputs, or confidential business information through the public contact form unless Invarra has agreed in writing to receive it through an approved channel.

Changes

Invarra may update this Privacy Policy as the website, services, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
